For the last 8 years, Luca has held various leadership roles at NGA Human Resources before becoming President for all European, Middle East, and Latin America operations in 2014. As a member of NGA’s Global Leadership team he leads the business across our key markets in the above regions with a focus on client development, business financials, and executing our go-to-market strategies.
Prior to joining NGA HR, Luca started his career at Accenture as a Management Consultant, before moving to Tetra Pak where he led the HR Technology and Global service delivery strategy.
Luca holds a degree in political science from the University of Milano. He speaks five languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish and a little Turkish.
Peter Bouten joined NGA in 1999 and currently holds the position of VP Global Sales and Strategic Accounts. Peter has been active in the HR and Payroll space since the start of his career in the late eighties .Through his leadership and extensive experience within the HR and payroll arena, Peter has brought our Dutch organisation to a higher level of operational excellence. With his thorough knowledge of the HR and IT market he succeeded to move NorthgateArinso into the HR BPO market as one of the top service providers in the Netherlands.
In recent years Peter has been responsible for our business in the Nordics and the DACH region. Peter has also been in charge of NGA's global HR consulting practice.
Peter is married and has 3 children. He resides in the southern part of the Netherlands.
Anita leads NGA's strategic portfolio for the enterprise segment. In this global role, she is responsible for identifying industry, technology and business trends that impact our portfolio. Anita also engages with customers, analysts, partners and other 3rd parties to understand market & customer requirements and feed them back into the portfolio. Anita has worked with large global organizations and has acquired a great amount of international experience while leading multinational teams in a variety of roles.Prior to her current role at NGA, Anita was VP Northern Europe and lead NGA's activities in this region. She acted as NGA’s face to the market and towards customers by leading sales and marketing activities and elaborate go-to-market strategy. She has extensive experience working with the C-level suite to define and execute their HR Delivery strategies.
Anita joined NGA in 2001 and has a proven track record in delivering value to customers by leading HR Transformation, Consulting and Outsourcing engagements. Anita played a key role in founding the HR Business Consulting team at NGA. From 2008 to 2011, she worked as Director HR Outsourcing, where she transformed the operations and was responsible for the CIAN acquisition. In 2011, Anita became Managing Director for the Netherlands, leading one of NGA's largest business operations.
As guest speaker, Anita regularly delivers keynotes on the subject of HR Transformation and Outsourcing at industry conferences. She is the author of several white papers and articles.
Anita holds a master of arts degree from the Free University of Amsterdam and has followed several postgraduate courses in business administration and executive management, among others, at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, Open University of Maastricht and Vlerick Management School.
Mito Mackin joined NGA in January 2014 as Director, Strategy and Corporate Development. Based in Paris, Mito leads the strategy and corporate development function, as well as being responsible for the mid-market offerings.
Prior to joining NGA, Mito most recently worked at Berlitz Corporation, where she was the global VP of the media based learning department. In this capacity, she was responsible for starting up a new global business unit focusing on e-learning, skype/telephone lessons, and virtual classrooms. In addition, she was responsible for the post-merger integration of a French start up with 200 employees. Prior to that, Mito held several executive positions in IBM European HQ as well as in Japan. She was the Director of Marketing and Strategy for the software group in IBM Japan, where she designed and executed the marketing strategy from positioning, awareness, demand generation to sales touch down. Previous to that, Mito held various management roles in market intelligence, acting as an internal advisor to the executive team, where she ran corporate wide projects such as go-to-market strategies.
Mito holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from McGill University, Canada, and also studied at Hitotsubashi University in Japan in the department of economics. Mito holds an MBA from INSEAD, France.
